We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application. Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours.
