Join our team: lift mechanic (North Dakota)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Ramsey County, North Dakota. You will work on a high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Requirements: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Part-time with flexible hours.
