Tyre and wheel fitter • Val Verde County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tyre and wheel fitter in Val Verde County, Texas. You will work in a tyre and puncture shop. On a typical shift you will demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres. You should have: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Basic record-keeping and customer-facing skills • Punctual and willing to work weekends 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
