What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
