Machinist wanted in Lewis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machinist in Lewis County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. You should have: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
