Join our team: we are hiring an automotive refinish painter in Antrim and Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £2,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
