Puncture repair technician • Plymouth County, Iowa

Now hiring: we are hiring a puncture repair technician in Plymouth County, Iowa. You will work at a car service centre. The role involves: • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement • Check tread depth with a depth gauge and spot uneven wear Requirements: • Punctual and willing to work weekends • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
