Baker — Kenosha County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
