Urgent requirement: front desk agent (Niger State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a front desk agent in Rafi, Niger State. Day to day you will liaise with housekeeping on room status and turnaround times; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; check guests in and out using the property management system (PMS); process late check-outs, upgrades and room changes; keep the lobby, desk and back office tidy and presentable. Requirements: • Right to work and, where required, an ID/background check • Good telephone manner and clear written communication Pay around ₦90,000 per month, based on your experience.
