Urgent requirement: surface coating operator (Minnesota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Aitkin County, Minnesota. You will work in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
