Join our team: we are hiring a steel fixer in Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. You will work at a high-rise construction project. You should have: • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length Full-time with occasional weekends.
