Aluminium and glass installer — City and Borough of Birmingham

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium and glass installer in City and Borough of Birmingham, England. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred The role involves install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead; install toughened and laminated safety glass; replace cracked or broken window panes; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. £11 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
