Join our team: floor and wall tile fitter (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Houghton County, Michigan. The role involves match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line. Requirements: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
