Maintenance painter — Sanpete County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Sanpete County, Utah. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves: • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
