Rigging foreman — Clinton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Clinton County, Ohio. You will work at a power plant. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket Rotating shifts.
