Trailer driver — Trumbull County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a trailer driver in Trumbull County, Ohio. You will be based at a haulage company. On a typical shift you will couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load. Ideal candidate: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Confident with manual handling and load securing 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
