Machine operator — Northumberland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator in Northumberland County, Virginia. You will be based in a CNC machine shop. Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
