Domestic heat pump fitter — Nottingham

Now hiring: we are hiring a domestic heat pump fitter in Nottingham, England. The job is at a social housing retrofit scheme. What we are looking for: • Full clean driving licence for van-based work • Competent brazing copper pipework and pressure testing Day-to-day duties: • Size and select the heat pump unit and buffer tank • Wire the outdoor and indoor units back to the controller and isolator • Connect the heat pump to underfloor heating manifolds or radiators • Pressure test the refrigerant circuit with nitrogen and check for leaks • Run and insulate refrigerant pipework between outdoor and indoor units Rotating shifts.
