Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in City of Charlottesville, Virginia. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
