Immediate opening: bread baker (Pennsylvania)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Union County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
