Dish pit attendant — Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Franklin County, Tennessee. Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 5+ years on the tools preferred.
