Cook wanted in Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Randolph County, Missouri. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
