Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
