Immediate opening: gas pipe fitter (Indiana)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Union County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders You will install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray.
