Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers Day-to-day duties: • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls Six days a week, one day off.
