Fabricator-welder — Baruten

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Baruten, Kwara State. You will be based on a structural steel site. The role involves: • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
