Decorator — Ramsey County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a decorator in Ramsey County, North Dakota. The job is at a property maintenance company. Day to day you will apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; sand and fill walls before applying primer. You should have: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
