Immediate opening: back-of-house cleaner (Georgia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Stewart County, Georgia. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Overtime paid at a premium rate.
