Vacancy available: we are hiring a motor grader operator in City and Borough of Birmingham, England. You will be based at a plant hire yard. You should have: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
