Great opportunity: we are hiring a presser in Gates County, North Carolina. You will work at a textile finishing unit. The role involves: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics Requirements: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
