Fire and safety officer • Saginaw County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Saginaw County, Michigan. You will be based on a high-rise building project. What we are looking for: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Day-to-day duties: • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
