Bread and bun maker • Rock County, Minnesota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Rock County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Part-time with flexible hours.
