Bar bender and fixer • Barkin Ladi, Plateau State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in Barkin Ladi, Plateau State. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Day to day you will assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
