Gas installation technician • Childress County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Childress County, Texas. You should have: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion On a typical shift you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser.
