QC inspector wanted in Haines Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC inspector in Haines Borough, Alaska. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
