Ideal candidate: • Smartphone with a working data connection for the delivery app • Valid two-wheeler driving licence The role involves plan the fastest route using the delivery app and GPS navigation; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
