Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter in Hertfordshire, England. The role involves: • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
