Diesel mechanic — Shelby County

Join our team: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Shelby County, Kentucky. The job is in a fleet maintenance depot. The role involves: • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Carry out oil and filter changes • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Estimate repair costs and order the right parts • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Check and top up coolant, brake fluid and power-steering fluid You should have: • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic • Confident using diagnostic scan tools $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
