You will handle same-day, online and phone reservations; answer incoming calls and route them to the right department; log and action guest requests in the concierge/task system; monitor the PMS for overbookings and no-shows. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling cash, card payments and till reconciliation • Able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays • Calm under pressure when the desk is busy or a guest is upset Full-time, day shift.
