Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas installation technician in City of Portsmouth, Virginia. Day to day you will purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
