Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Itawamba County, Mississippi. You will work at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Six days a week, one day off.
