Cold room technician — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Day to day you will trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $200 per day, based on your experience.
