Tailor machinist — Dodge County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Dodge County, Nebraska. The role involves: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching What we are looking for: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Part-time with flexible hours.
