You will clear and reset tables between covers; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel 2+ years on the tools preferred.
