We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Esan South-East, Edo. The job is at an automotive components factory. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
