Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Preble County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping You will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges.
