Horizontal milling machine operator — Butts County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Butts County, Georgia. The job is in a CNC machining unit. You will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. You should have: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Six days a week, one day off.
