Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Marlboro County, South Carolina. The job is at a wholesale meat market. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
