Rebar worker — Bedford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar worker in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. The role involves cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Six days a week, one day off.
