Gas commissioning technician — Caddo Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Your main tasks: • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
